I absolutely adore the Slap Fish Truck.  Lobster tail on a stick with champagne sauce?  Are you kidding?  What’s not to love?

As a family, our favorite food truck has to be fries and dolls in calgary! Not only is their food great and mouthwatering, our son who has wheat intolerance can actually go and have a hotdog on a bun on the street! As they have gluten free products!

    Go Dolls!

I may be a bit biased, as I work on Alley Burger in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, but I really love the comradery of the team I work with and the food we serve is amazingly delicious! I wouldn’t have chosen to work on any other truck and am so glad to have been part of the Eat St. filming experience today! Personally I’m a huge Foodie – so would love a copy of the book you’re giving away!

So far, it’s all about La Brassarie Truck in Vancouver, BC, Canada.  The beer brined chicken with crispy fried onions and gravy on a brioche bun is sooooooooooo good that they don’t have to bother serving anything else!

(Again refusing to choose.) Of all the trucks which I haven’t been to, my favorite is Skillet in Seattle. I made a special trip there from Silicon Valley to get some bacon jam and they weren’t serving that week. Tragic.

  • Nicole C

I love Fries N Dolls in Calgary (Especially since the only other food truck I’ve been to is Fiasco Gelato which I love too).  Their fries and hotdogs are delicious.

I live in the interior of British Columbia so when I travel to vancouver I make it a point to head downtown and find the Roaming Dragon. Bulgogi tacos and fried rice balls rock!

Love Coma Food Truck! Can’t wait until their episode airs!

  • Tjanes11

I love Gourdough’s…warm maple donut topped with bacon. Best. Things. Ever.

El Gastronomo Vagabundo, they bring gourmet quality foods to the street.  Often offering fish tacos and flavored iced teas in the summer, this truck rocks it out.
