Tacofino recently graduated from a successful food truck to a store front location and hungry Vancouverites and tourists alike are eating it up! An alumni from season one of Eat St., Tacofino has been embraced by hungry street eaters since the first day they opened for business in Tofino, British Columbia. They later migrated to Vancouver, where their brilliant Baja fish tacos made them one of the hottest food trucks in the city. Their organic/sustainable approach means that you’re getting not only delicious food, but you’re getting food you can actually feel good about eating.
At a recent #foodcartfridays event at the Invoke office, I met the foodie of all foodies. When Kathy introduced herself and explained she was on an epic food tour spanning from Vancouver Island to Seattle, I had to know more. Luckily, she was generous enough to do a write-up and let us share it with Eat St. fans.
