Cone Cupcakes

Get a sugar fix from Brooklyn's Treats Truck where everyone gets their just desserts!

THE CLASSIC CONE CUPCAKE
Cake batter
Wafer ice cream cones (with flat-bottoms)
Frosting
Sprinkles

Place the cones in a cupcake or muffin tin, with a foil base in each cup to keep the cones upright.

Fill the cones about 2/3 full of batter.

Bake the cones for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cool, frost the tops, and add sprinkles.


THE DELUXE CONE CUPCAKE
Cake, baked
Wafer ice cream cones (with flat-bottoms)
Frosting
Sprinkles

Use a small round cookie cutter to cut out rounds of cake.

Frost the inside of each cone. Be sure to get frosting in the very bottom of the cone.

Put one piece of cake in the bottom of the cone. Add a layer of frosting. Keep layering cake and frosting to the top of the cone.

Frost the top of the cone to look like a scoop of ice cream. Top with sprinkles.
